We are the People!
Exactly why a number of the good citizens of Graz have developed a fanatical passion for Rangers of Scotland is not exactly clear. But their website shows the Grazgo boys have opted for the full Rangers fan experience. In the section Prominent Rangers, they have a photo of the Pope wearing a red, white and blue hat, a Rangers jersey and a scarf. The caption translates roughly as “I’m no Celt”. Since Rangers entertain Graz at home, the Glasgow boys won’t get to see the Grazgo shrine but the Austrians have an excuse to get to Glasgow.

There is a photo on the website of a Grazgo member kissing the tarmac at Prestwick airport, which is probably too much of a Pope-like gesture for your average Rangers diehard.
